Harbor Dive Center is a PADI® 5-Star, full service SCUBA center serving local and regional customers and travelers passing through the San Francisco Bay Area since 1989.  From inception, we have trained and certified thousands to scuba dive under the PADI® system.  Students of all ages have successfully completed scuba lessons, classes and courses ranging from the first certification class, PADI® Open Water Diver through the first professional PADI® certification, PADI® Divemaster, with all of the PADI® specialty scuba courses in between.
