Lake Tahoe
Stretching across both California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe has some amazing dive sites that we love teaching at. Meeks bay in the south lake is a frequent destination for us during the summer months of teaching. The clear bright blue waters with nearly no waves make it a wonderful experience to teach and learn how to dive in. But if you're seeking a little more excitement than endless blue waters don't fret because 20 minutes south lies Emerald Bay. There, you'll find an underwater Historical Museum Park that was made for us divers! old ship recks, sunken boats, and artifacts lay at the bottom of the bay with alongside sitting information boards for you to read and learn about the various sites.
